Paying homage to “fiamma” in the name, flame-element features throughout, including firepits on the patio and of course, an open kitchen, add to the overall vibe. Set in the main Promenade connecting Rampart Casino to the JW Marriott Las Vegas, Spiedini Fiamma brings a very coastal vibe to the property with shades of blue and curves mimicking waves throughout the design, light colored marble and quartz counters which line the bar and tabletops, sand colored stacked stone and light tiles that adorn entryways and accent areas, and lush blue velvet banquettes to bring the sophisticated color palette together. “We are really excited to welcome our customers to a completely reimagined space and we are thrilled to welcome back Chef Paula Smagacz who has created a delicious menu that will transport our guests to a neighborhood bistro in Italy with each bite,” said Bacigalupi.
